  1. EMAIL ATTACHMENTS

Authors should send their manuscripts in Microsoft Word by email to the respective designed email addresses (or directly contact us)

  1. CHOICE OF JOURNAL

For interested authors who intend to publish their articles in African Scholar Publication Journals, please indicate which journal you wish your article to be considered for publication

  1. FEES

We charge a fee to cover administrative including printing and delivery of journal booklets. The books are usually sent through DHL, Post Office and Commercial courier (depending on your choice). The fee varies according to the country of destination and reflects the current courier fees.

  1. COPYRIGHTS

By submitting your scholarly work to any of our journals and if it is approved and published, you have automatically and permanently transferred your copyrights to African Scholar Academic Research and Publications Int’l.

  1. LANGUAGE

The acceptable language for all manuscripts is ENGLISH LANGUAGE ONLY

  1. FORMAT

The manuscript should be typewritten on A4, with TIMES NEW ROMAN font 12-point, one-sided leaving adequate left and right margins. Papers must not be less than 3,000 words excluding references. The overall format of the manuscript should be arranged in the following order:

  • Title
  • Author(s) Name(s)
  • Telephone number(s)
  • Affiliation/ Institution
  • Full Address for correspondence
  • Abstract (100-150 words)
  • Keywords (Min. of 5 words)
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review (if applicable)
  • Method and Materials
  • Results and Discussions
  • Conclusion
  • Recommendations
  • References (Bibliography)

       7. PEER REVIEW POLICY

All new manuscripts are initially assessed for suitability of the subject-matter and contents. Where the paper is deemed suitable and relevant to any of our journals, it is sent to an expert in the field covered by the paper for further scrutiny. Where the paper falls within the margin of acceptability, we promptly communicate a provisional acceptance letter to the author(s) whilst the paper is sent to two reviewers. In certain cases, manuscripts may be rejected and in other cases, the reviewers may recommend that the paper is sent to the author for correction of minor/major aspect of the work and, can be re-submitted to us after it has been revised by the author(s).

      8. DISCLAIMER

African Scholar Academic Publishers shall always take reasonable steps to certify the accuracy of all the content of the articles contained in all publications.
